竹内アンナにアンディー・プラッツ（
ママズ・ガン）よりメッセージ到着　
J-WAVEのスタジオで撮影した新曲MVも
プレミア公開へ

4th E.P『at FOUR』を本日・10月6日（火）に発売した竹内アンナに、収録曲「Striking gold」でコラボレーションをしたイギリスのR&Bバンド、ママズ・ガンのフロントマンであるアンディー・プラッツよりメッセージが届いた。

もともとママズ・ガンのファンを公言していた竹内が、昨年の来日公演を見に行った事がきっかけとなり実現したのが今回の共作。Andyは制作にあたり「素晴らしい時間を過ごせた」と感謝しつつ、「多彩なこの楽曲が（竹内の）歌とギターで更に輝いた」とコメント。同時に彼自身はいつも通り制作できたとも記しており、最後に「また一緒にやろう」と閉めた。

また、1曲目に収録されている「Love Your Love」のMVも竹内アンナ公式YouTube channelで本日21時にプレミア公開されることが決定。8mmビデオやVHSが使用された映像で懐かしくも色鮮やかな作品になっている。「Love Your Love」はJ-WAVE『MUSIC LOVERS ONLY PROJECT』のキャンペーンソングでもあり、今回J-WAVEのスタジオで撮影されたシーンも盛り込まれている。

竹内はファースト・アルバムのリリースツアーが延期になっていたが、現状のガイドラインに沿って有観客で行われることも先日発表された。

Hey Anna, it’ s Andy here all the way over in the UK! I just want to say a huge congratulations to you for completing your EP which is out 7 October ️ It was such a pleasure to work with you on creating the track “Striking gold”. I love that you wanted to make something uptempo and fun - I had great time working on it. There are some interesting chord choices and shifts throughout and overall I think it is an interesting and engaging listen. I tried to keep the production simple and classic which is kind of what I always try to do - let the song speak for itself. Your fantastic vocals and guitar playing really elevated the recording to another level, so I’ m really happy that it came together so well in the end!!!
