11月16日（金）〜11月29日（木）の海外フェスに関するニュースをピックアップしてご紹介します。

今週末開催されるGlobal Citizen Festivalが配信決定
現地時間12月2日（日）に南アフリカ共和国で開催されるGlobal Citizen Festivalのライブ配信が決定しました。
同フェスは非営利団体Global Poverty Projectが主催し、2018年はネルソン・マンデラの生誕100周年を記念して南アフリカ共和国でも開催。
出演アーティストはビヨンセ＆ジェイZ夫妻、エド・シーランの他、ファレル・ウィリアムスとクリス・マーティンの共演などが予定されています。全ラインナップは以下のツイートをご覧ください。

Reading & Leeds Festivalのラインナップ公開
2019年8月23日（金）〜25日（日）にイギリスで開催されるReading & Leeds Festivalの第1弾ラインナップが公開されました。
ヘッドライナーは1日目にザ・1975、2日目にポスト・マローンとトゥエンティ・ワン・パイロッツ、3日目にフー・ファイターズが決定。なお、フー・ファイターズがヘッドライナーを務めるのは2012年以来。他3組は初のヘッドライナーとなります。

EDC GUANGDONGで出された警告文が話題に
11月24日（土）・25日（日）に中国・広東省にてEDC GUANGDONGが開催。ここで出演アーティストに出された警告文が話題となりました。
これはティエストがInstagramに投稿した写真によって明らかになったもので、主催者からのメッセージとして「ステージでのパフォーマンス中に汚い言葉を使うと、地元警察に拘留されてしまいます」という内容の警告文が書かれています。

なお、実際に拘留されたアーティストは報告されていません。中国では2018年4月にEDC CHINAが初開催。今回のEDC GUANGDONGにはゼッド、ポーター・ロビンソンらが出演しました。
ラインナップ発表
アメリカで開催されるHangout Music Festにはトラヴィス・スコット、ザ・ルミニアーズ、カリード、カーディ・Bらを筆頭とするラインナップが公開。スペインで開催されるMad Cool Festivalにはスマッシング・パンプキンズ、ノエル・ギャラガーズ・ハイ・フライング・バーズらが追加。コロンビアで開催されるESTEREO PICNICにはアークティック・モンキーズ、ケンドリック・ラマー、トゥエンティ・ワン・パイロッツがヘッドライナーを務め、イギリスで開催されるBST Hyde Parkはボブ・ディランとニール・ヤングのダブルヘッドライナーに決定しました。
その他、ベルギーで開催されるDour Festival、スペインで開催されるSónar Festival、イギリスで開催されるThis Is Tomorrow Festival、BOARDMASTERS、メキシコで開催されるEDC MEXICO、デンマークで開催されるTinderbox、フランスで開催されるHELLFEST、アメリカで開催されるSONIC TEMPLEとNoise Pop Music and Arts Festivalのラインナップが発表されました。
