98年に結成された４人組パンク・バンド。メンバーは、ダスティン・ケンスルー（vo&g）、テッペイ・テラニシ（g&vo）、ライリー・ブレッケンリッジ（dr&vo）、エド・ブレッケンリッジ（b）。
『Identity Crisis』（00年）、『The Illusion of Safety』（02年）という２枚のアルバムをリリース後、メジャーと契約。メタリックなギター・サウンドが縦横無尽に飛び回り、ハードコアでありながらメロディアスな世界を生み出すバンド・サウンドが高い評価を得る中、03年、メジャー１stアルバム『ザ・アーティスト・イン・ザ・アンビュランス』を発表する。
