    高橋アキタカハシアキ

    透き通るような音色、柔軟な感受性をもち、現代曲のスペシャリストとして評価の高いピアニスト。
    鎌倉に生まれ、東京芸大大学院在籍中に武満徹作品を弾いてデビュー、楽壇に衝撃を与えた。
    77年には「ベートーヴェン150年祭」に、ポリーニ、クレーメルといった世界的演奏家たちとともに招かれ、ベートーヴェンとメシアンを演奏。その名を世界的にも知らしめることとなる。その後は欧米の数々の音楽祭で演奏を行ない、ソロ、室内楽のみならず、メルボルン響、N響、読響など国内外のオーケストラとも数多く共演している。また、レパートリーは現代曲のほか、古典作品やビートルズ・ナンバーまで——と幅広い。
