    UKパンク・シーンの先駆者、バイブレーターズは長髪のパブ・バンドとして始動。その後、速やかにイメージを変え、キャッチーで鋭いパンク・ポップを爆発させた。当時の若いパンクスがよりラウドで速いサウンドに徹している頃、バイブレーターズは耳に残るメロディーを得意とした。彼らの楽曲にちなんでバンド名を付けたスティフ・リトル・フィンガーズの例からも分かるように、バイブレーターズの歌は長年に渡って愛され続けている。
