    伝説のソフト・ロック・グループ、ミレニウムといえば、イの一番に挙がるのがカート・ベッチャーであるが、彼に続き人気が高いのはこのサンディ・サリスベリー。ミレニウムの前身、ボールルームでカートに出会い、68年には共にミレニウムを結成。傑作『Begin』では、「A.M.」を提供し、メロディ・メイカーとしての才能を遺憾なく発揮した。以降、"アーティスト志向のレーベル"としてゲイリー・アッシャーが立ち上げた＜Together＞とソロ・アーティストとして契約し、カート・プロデュースのもとにアルバムも制作するが結局お蔵入りとなってしまった。しかし00年にこの当時の音源が発掘され、２枚のアルバムとなって陽の目をみることに。これがソフト・ロック・ファン狂喜の内容だ。キャッチーなメロはもちろんのこと、カートが施した渦巻くようなコーラス・アレンジ、ビーチ・ボーイズのカヴァーなど、ドリーミーな音世界が展開される。
