    元ROUAGEの利華（vo&g）、アウトレイジで活躍する安井義博（b）と丹下眞也（dr）という３人で、01年８月26日に活動開始情報をWEB上にて解禁。以降、精力的なライヴ活動を行いながら、02年にマキシ・シングル「sincerity EP」「growth EP」、03年に１stアルバム『STINKY!!』を発表する。その後、安井と丹下がアウトレイジの結成20周年ツアーに専念するため一時離脱し、大桃俊樹（b）とTOHRU（dr）が参加している。
