    ルーツ・ロック・バンド、マザーヒップスのヴォーカル＆ギタリストとして知られるティム・ブラーム。ソロ作では、バンドでの全開ロッキン・ナンバーは影を潜め、内省的なフォーキー・チューンを展開。基本的にはアコースティック・ギターの弾き語りだが、モンドなシンセサイザーやペダル・スティールが、彼の骨っぽい歌に彩りを加えていく。これぞ西海岸といった清涼感溢れるコーラスも随所でイイ味を出している。最近のシンガー・ソングライターの作品としては、かなりの傑作！　この手の音が好きなリスナーは要注目だろう。
