Revolting Cocksリヴォルティング・コックス
ダンス・ビートがノイズに絡みつくインダストリアル・ミュージックが流行った80年代中期、レヴォルティング・コックスは他の洗練されたサウンドとは異なる、乱雑で下品な音を作り上げていた。彼らはダンス・ビートや力強いベース・ラインとヴォーカルを攻撃的かつ散漫なアレンジで披露している。ミニストリーのアル・ジョーゲンセン、ルック・ヴァン・エイカーとフロント242のリチャード23によって結成されたグループは、ワックス・トラックス（レーベル）史上、最も物議を醸し出す音楽を発表した。さらに、ウィリアム・リーフリンやクリス・コネリー、ポール・バーカーといったアーティストとのコラボレーションによってバンドはさらに成長し、ラップからメタル・ギターに至るまでを組み込むサウンドを構築していった。
