    ブレイク・ビーツやダブをベースとした音作りで、音響派として知られるライカ。その中心的人物であるマーガレット・フェドラーの前身プロジェクトがムーンシェイクだ。ライカよりさらに実験性の高い音楽志向をもち、ブリストル・サウンドを彷彿させるようなトラックは、陰鬱な色合いが強くとことん無機質である。また、ループ・トラックのメタリックな質感はテクノに通じる要素も大いにあり、ひとつのワクにはめられないグループだといえる。
