    日がな一日、縁側に腰掛けてぼぉーっと茶でも啜ってみたくなる感覚。アメリカでいったら映画『ストレイト・ストーリー』（デヴィッド・リンチ監督）のリチャード・ファーンズワースのような爺さんがロッキンチェアーに身を沈め、遠き落日に目を細めている光景——。ロウの音世界は、そんなシチュエーションに絶妙な切なさを味つける。毎日の疲弊を洗い流すに最適というか、純然たる音楽の「美」に触れていたい欲求を満たしてくれるのである。
    94年にアメリカ、ミネソタ州（ミネソタって前述の光景にバッチリじゃないですか？）で結成。エクスペリメンタル界の奇才、クレイマーをプロデューサーに迎え同年に１stアルバム『I Could Live In Home』をリリースした。ギター／ベース／ドラムというシンプルなアンサンブルが紡ぐのは静謐な空間美。そこに放たれるヴォーカル・ジャズ風な歌唱は聴く者の皮膚を優しく撫で、恍惚ともいえる心象風景を顕現させる。
    00年にライヴ盤『One More Reasen To Foget』を発表している。
