究極のハードコア・バンドであるディスチャージは、80年に＜CLAY＞レコードからデビュー・シングル「REALITER OF WAR」をリリース。ロンドンの灰色の工業都市ストーン・オン・トレントからモノクロのD-beatを叩きつけた。
ノイジーなギターと、ひたすら突きすすむ２ビートよって生み出されたR@Wでダーティなハードコア・サウンド。そして、戦争の恐怖や悲惨さを訴える悲痛な叫びは、世界を震撼させた。
